Voters in Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province, proposed to consider monthly social allowances for people aged 75 and over who do not have pensions or monthly allowances.
On December 5, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son met with voters in Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province; Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, met with voters on a thematic basis with the health sector of Quang Ngai province after the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the meeting with voters of Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province, voters hoped that the National Assembly delegation of the province and Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son would inform them about favorable and difficult forecasts in attracting foreign direct investment so that the locality can have solutions to attract foreign capital flows with high economic value and less harmful to the environment; and remove obstacles and difficulties in public investment procedures for projects under the authority of People's Committees at all levels.
