The political and ideological situation of the Military Region's armed forces is stable, officers and soldiers have strong political will, high determination, proactively overcoming difficulties, ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.

The Political Commissar of the Military Region especially emphasized: Party committees and commanders at all levels must focus on improving the quality and effectiveness of political and ideological education work, grasping the situation in all aspects after the arrangement... Grasping the ideological situation of cadres and soldiers; directing the completion of Party Congresses at all levels, promptly detecting problems at the grassroots level to report solutions to competent authorities, ensuring the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels; promptly perfecting the system of regulations at agencies and units, especially for newly established agencies and units; reviewing, adjusting, and stabilizing the organizational structure to ensure that agencies and units operate effectively and with quality right from the start; focusing on retaining talented people, building strong, comprehensive "exemplary, typical" agencies and units.
