Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Taxation believed that with his experience, Mr. Vu Doan Ngoc Hung will promote his capacity and strengths with the collective of officers and employees of the tax sector of Hai Duong province to closely coordinate with functional branches and local authorities of the province to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

At the same time, he requested the leaders and civil servants of the Hai Duong Provincial Tax Department to be united, unanimous, and excellently complete the task of budget collection.

Comrade Vu Doan Ngoc Hung was born in 1981 in Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong); has a master's degree in business administration; and a high level of political theory. He used to work in the following departments: General - operations - budgeting, Tax accounting declaration, Personnel organization, Taxpayer support propaganda. Before being appointed Deputy Director of the Provincial Tax Department, he was Head of Tax Inspection Department No. 1.

Currently, Hai Duong Provincial Tax Department has 4 Deputy Directors.
