Emulation Cluster No. 6 of Dong Thap Provincial Women's Union includes the Women's Unions of 12 communes (Vinh Binh, Vinh Huu, Long Binh, Dong Son, Phu Thanh, Tan Phu Dong, Tan Thoi, Go Cong Dong, Tan Dien, Tan Hoa, Tan Dong, Gia Thuan) and the Women's Unions of 4 wards (Go Cong, Binh Xuan, Long Thuan, Son Qui), with Vinh Binh Commune Women's Union as Cluster Leader and Tan Phu Dong Commune Women's Union as Deputy Cluster Leader.

In the past time, thanks to the attention and implementation of the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union on the establishment of new commune and ward Women's Unions on the basis of merging old communes and wards, the Women's Unions of communes and wards in Cluster 6 organized the 1st Executive Committee Conference to announce the decisions, the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the President and Vice President of the Union introduced themselves to receive their duties; deploy and contribute opinions to the draft operating regulations, the Union's work plan and the women's movement for the last 6 months of 2025.

In addition, it is necessary to promulgate the Working Regulations of the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of communes and wards for the 2021-2026 term; assign tasks to each member of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Work Plan of the Union and women's movement for the last 6 months of 2025.

The Unions at all levels have carried out projects and tasks to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term with practical actions such as: Mobilizing members and women to participate in donating land to build rural traffic works, planting flowers on rural traffic routes, Charity Shelters, clearing and pruning trees, cleaning rural traffic routes, etc.

The conference also approved the direction and key tasks of the Association and women's movement in the last months of 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union Nguyen Thi Kieu Tien suggested that in the last months of 2025, the Women's Unions of communes and wards in Cluster 6 focus on implementing a number of key tasks: Building, adjusting, supplementing, and implementing the working regulations of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Women's Union at the grassroots level, the regulations on management and use of the Union fund to ensure compliance with regulations; researching and implementing key tasks from now until the end of 2025, the emulation target framework for the last 6 months of 2025 and the key orientation of the Union's work tasks and the women's movement in 2026; strictly implementing the information regime, regular, periodic, and thematic reporting; preparing the contents of organizing the Congress of Women's Delegates at the commune and ward levels for the 2025 - 2030 term; focusing on reviewing and strengthening the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the personnel situation of branch presidents, and updating the situation of members; actively participate in activities to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels, the Fatherland Front Congresses, the Women's Congresses at all levels, the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union October 20; focus on reviewing the capital management of the Social Policy Bank, the Women's Economic Development Support Fund, etc.
