How many teams have qualified for the 2026 World Cup?

The 17th round of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in South America took place on the morning of September 5 (Vietnam time) and determined 3 more teams winning tickets to the world football festival.

The three names above are Uruguay, Colombia and Paraguay. All three will become the 14th, 15th and 16th teams to qualify for the 2026 World Cup.

Before this match, South America has determined the 3 teams going to the 2026 World Cup: Argentina, Brazil and Ecuador.
