Da Nang starts construction of resort complex with total capital of over 750 billion VND

On the evening of September 3, in Duy Nghia commune, Da Nang city, FVG Group started construction of the Fivitel Nam Hoi An Hotel and Fivires Resort project.

This project is a tourism , resort and commercial complex located in the Nam Hoi An City Tourist Urban Area, where natural landscapes, convenient transportation, direct connection to the center of Da Nang city and key tourist attractions in the area converge.

The project has a scale of 380 accommodation rooms built to 4 and 5 star standards with a total investment of nearly 750 billion VND, expected to be officially completed from 2026.

FVG Group has started construction of Fivitel Nam Hoi An Hotel and Fivires Resort project in Da Nang.

Specifically, Fivires Nam Hoi An Resort is a 5-star resort with 140 rooms, total investment of 423 billion VND, including a system of villas, synchronous commercial and entertainment services.

Fivitel Nam Hoi An Hotel is a 4-star hotel, 12 stories high with 240 rooms, with a total investment of 325.8 billion VND.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City, Mr. Phan Thai Binh affirmed that the investment project will make an important contribution to the city's tourism and service sector.

Along with a series of other key projects being invested in and constructed, the Fivitel Nam Hoi An Hotel and Fivires Resort project started construction in accordance with the city's planning and sustainable development orientation in the new period, expanding the development space to the East of the city, while reaffirming the position of Da Nang's tourism and service center after the merger.

“The city will always accompany and create all favorable conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule, promote efficiency, and contribute to realizing the vision of making Da Nang a leading attractive destination in the region, associated with a unique chain of cultural and heritage values,” Mr. Phan Thai Binh emphasized.

The resort complex is invested in the Nam Hoi An City Tourist Urban Area.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of FVG Group said that the Fivitel Nam Hoi An and Fivires Nam Hoi An Resort and accommodation complex are the first steps to complete the tourism infrastructure of the Eastern region.

At the same time, realize the development strategy of the Hoi An - My Son - Dong Giang Heaven Gate Heritage Route.

The project will create a high-quality tourism infrastructure chain, capable of serving millions of tourists each year, while creating momentum for economic development and improving the lives of local people on the heritage tourism route.

With an investment of more than 750 billion VND to build two projects in the Nam Hoi An tourist urban area, FVG Group continues to implement the strategy of developing a comprehensive tourism ecosystem, contributing to expanding urban space, creating thousands of jobs for local workers, contributing to the socio-economic development of Da Nang City.
