Accordingly, the army, militia and civil defense forces were mobilized to each vulnerable area, knocking on every door to persuade people to leave the dangerous area. In Me Suot area (Hoa Khanh ward), many households were helped to raise their property, move important items to the upper floors, and move the elderly and children to local shelters.

Previously, Phu Loc and Son Tra Border Guard Stations mobilized more than 100 officers and soldiers to coordinate with local authorities to notify and call on more than 1,200 fishing boats with 7,000 workers to take shelter in safe places.
