The project aims to support equipment and supplies for inclusive education for children with disabilities at preschools in the city.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a decision approving the project to sponsor outdoor play equipment for kindergartens in the city, with a total cost of nearly 890 million VND.

The project "Sponsoring outdoor play equipment for kindergartens in Da Nang city" sponsored by Challenge for School Revival (CSR2), Japan, will be implemented from November 2023 to March 2024.

The project aims to support equipment and supplies for inclusive education for children with disabilities in kindergartens in Da Nang city. Accordingly, preschool children with disabilities studying in inclusive education at kindergartens in Hai Chau, Cam Le, Thanh Khe, Lien Chieu districts and Hoa Vang district will have more opportunities to learn, through kindergartens being supported with equipment and toys for physical activities, serving the effective inclusive education of children.

Thereby, contributing to reducing barriers to learning for preschool children with disabilities, applying a child-centered perspective, learning through play to create a friendly and comfortable feeling. From there, increasing the participation of children with disabilities in classroom activities, helping children develop physical qualities and creating opportunities for children to actively participate with outdoor exercise equipment regularly...

The People's Committee of Da Nang City assigned the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the sponsoring unit to properly implement the approved project content, not to carry out other activities outside the project's framework. At the same time, coordinate with relevant units to carry out procedures to receive and implement the project for the right purpose.
