DNVN - According to the plan of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, from September 1, at least 50% of administrative procedures will be guaranteed and from November 1, 100% of administrative procedures will be guaranteed to be received and results will be returned regardless of administrative boundaries (communes and wards) throughout the city.

To achieve the above goal, the People's Committee of Da Nang City requires reviewing and restructuring the process, improving the quality of providing administrative procedures in the electronic environment on the basis of reusing digitized information and data, using interactive electronic forms to provide online public services throughout the process.

Coordinate to complete and upgrade the National Public Service Portal; complete and upgrade the Information System for handling administrative procedures in Da Nang City. Review and approve the list of administrative procedures to be received and returned regardless of administrative boundaries within the entire city.

The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for coordinating with departments and branches to propose a list of administrative procedures, develop internal procedures, electronic procedures, and ensure facilities, materials, and human resources to implement administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries at the Public Administration Service Center at the commune level.
