Waves 5-7m high continuously hit the shore, throwing white powder onto the road surface. The pavement tiles were broken into pieces by the waves. The sea water rose and poured back into the Han River, creating large waves that continuously hit the shore. Big waves caused the Han River to overflow onto Nhu Nguyet Street, causing local flooding in some neighboring areas. Many sidewalk items were severely damaged by waves. Workers tried to temporarily reinforce the areas eroded by the waves, but the waves were too big. The Han River waves rolled up and flooded the shore, causing danger. To ensure safety, the authorities must be on constant watch, not allowing people to approach the area with strong waves. At the same time, a section of Nhu Nguyet Street, the area below the foot of Thuan Phuoc Bridge, is barricaded. Authorities also recommend that people limit going out, especially not gathering to film or take pictures in this area.
