Initial information, around the early afternoon of October 23, residents living in the apartment building on Ngo Cao Lang Street suddenly heard a loud noise coming from the construction site of the Hiyori Aqua Tower Apartment Project.

At the scene, the crane tower, dozens of meters high, broke in half, and the winch cable broke and collapsed onto the construction floor.

According to the information board hanging at the construction site, the Hiyori Aqua Tower Ocean Tower Apartment project is invested by Aqua Tower Co., Ltd. The general contractor is Dinco Construction Engineering Joint Stock Company.
