Visiting and giving gifts of encouragement to 24 Co Tu households in Song Kon commune evacuated due to storm No. 12

DNO - On the morning of October 23, Geruco Song Kon Hydropower Joint Stock Company coordinated with the People's Committee of Song Kon commune to visit and give gifts to encourage 24 Co Tu households in A Roch village who were evacuated due to high risk of landslides.

Here, leaders of the two units visited and encouraged the households and presented 24 gifts including essential necessities such as rice, instant noodles, MSG, fish sauce, peanut oil, egg cartons... to 24 households, with a total value of 12 million VND.

Mr. Poloong Nuu, Secretary and Head of A Roch village, said that before the impact of storm No. 12, the whole village organized a campaign to evacuate more than 45 households living in 3 locations at high risk of landslides and flash floods. Through mobilization, 24 households/61 people took safe shelter at the village's traditional cultural house.
