Rated 4.3/5 stars and ranked 7th on the list, stir-fried water spinach with garlic is described as a traditional Vietnamese dish, especially suitable for vegetarians. Although only using simple ingredients such as water spinach, garlic, fish sauce, salt, sugar and oyster sauce, this dish is very delicious and attractive.

“The water spinach is first blanched, then stir-fried with garlic, salt and sugar, while fish sauce is added towards the end to enhance the flavor,” the popular website emphasized. This vegetable dish is usually eaten while still hot and is the ideal combination with white rice.

Vietnamese stir-fried pho and stir-fried crab vermicelli are ranked 13th and 39th respectively on the list. Stir-fried chayote with garlic (40th) and stir-fried snails (41st) also impress with their simple preparation but delicious and attractive flavor.

What is more special about this list is the presence of a specialty from Sa Pa. Stir-fried cat cabbage with smoked pork was ranked 52nd on the list by Taste Atlas thanks to its rich regional culinary flavors.

The dish is a perfect combination of rich smoked pork blanched before being stir-fried with cat's whiskers, a vegetable with a strong, slightly bitter taste but sweet aftertaste, so the more you eat, the more delicious it becomes.

Founded in 2015, Taste Atlas is known as a map that gathers traditional dishes from all over the world .

According to Matija Babić, founder of Taste Atlas , the food and beverage rankings are based on opinions and reviews from experts and food critics to ensure the reliability of the awards.
