Authorities in Tuyen Quang province are urgently searching for missing victims in the landslide in Lung Cu commune.

The two new victims being searched for are Vang Xuan Hoa and Vang Minh Hai. So far, the authorities of Tuyen Quang province have found three missing victims. Previously, they found Ms. Hau Thi Dinh; there is still one missing victim, Mr. Vang Cha So.

Previously, on the morning of September 30, in Ma Lau A village, Lung Cu commune, a landslide occurred, burying the house of Mr. Vang Cha So, causing 4 family members to go missing, including: Mr. Vang Cha So; his wife, Ms. Hau Thi Dinh; children Vang Xuan Hoa and Vang Minh Hai.

Immediately after the incident, Tuyen Quang province mobilized nearly 200 people and machinery to support the search and rescue work. However, this work encountered many difficulties due to heavy rain, mud, risk of further landslides; large search area, large volume of landslides.
