The Party Congress of the Trade Management Department, Department of Industry and Trade was a great success.

Implementing Plan No. 34-KH/DU dated May 8, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade on organizing Congresses of branches and affiliated party committees for the 2025 - 2027 term, towards the Party Congress of the Department of Industry and Trade for the 2025 - 2030 term. With the consent of the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade, on May 15, 2025, the Trade Management Party Cell solemnly organized the Party Cell Congress for the 2025 - 2027 term.

Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Nguyen Van Thanh, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department; comrade Nguyen Cong Han, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director of the Department; comrade Pham Tuan Hai, Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Deputy Director of the Department; comrades in the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade;

Delegate representing the City People's Committee Party Committee: Comrade Nguyen Duc Vinh, Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the City People's Committee Party Committee;

Also attending were the Secretaries of the Party Cells under the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade and all Party members of the Trade Management Party Cell.

The Congress of the Trade Management Party Cell took place in a serious, democratic and highly responsible spirit, aiming to summarize and evaluate the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2022 - 2025 and set out directions and tasks for the term 2025 - 2027, at the same time, announce the Decision of the Party Executive Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade appointing the Party Cell Party Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Trade Management Party Cell for the term 2025 - 2027.

On behalf of the Congress Presidium, comrade Doan Duy Thanh, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Trade Management Department presented the draft Political Report summarizing the 2022 - 2025 term, the directions and tasks for the 2025 - 2027 term of the Party Cell. In the 2022 - 2025 term, under the regular leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade and on the basis of the Resolution of the Party Cell for the entire term, the Trade Management Party Cell has focused on leading the successful completion of its advisory functions, proposing and organizing the implementation of assigned tasks to meet the leadership and direction requirements of the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade. The quality and efficiency of all aspects of work have been improved; completing the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the 2022 - 2025 term; Internal solidarity and unity, cadres and party members promote their roles and responsibilities, proactively overcome difficulties, strive to improve, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

Party members in the Party cell actively and enthusiastically participated in contributing ideas to the draft Political Report of the Trade Management Party Cell to be submitted to the Congress for the 2025 - 2027 term; at the same time, discussed and contributed ideas to the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress and the draft Political Report to be submitted to the Party Congress of the Department of Industry and Trade for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh, Party Secretary and Director of the Department, highly appreciated the preparations for the Congress of the Trade Management Party Cell, and at the same time acknowledged and commended the achievements that the Party Cell had achieved in the past term. The Party Cell had strictly implemented the principle of democratic centralism, attached importance to innovation in leadership, direction and management; thereby promoting the strength of the collective, consolidating and enhancing solidarity, unanimity towards common tasks, striving in professional work, completing 100% of the tasks, goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2022 - 2025. The Party Committee believes that in the new term, the Trade Management Party Cell will continue to have positive changes and achieve even higher results and achievements.

In addition to the achievements, the Party Secretary also agreed with the Party Cell's review of the shortcomings and limitations in the past term. He requested that in the coming term, the Party Cell pay attention to directing the good implementation of tasks and solutions to thoroughly overcome the shortcomings and limitations pointed out.

At the Congress, the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade announced the decision of the Party Executive Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade to appoint the Party Cell, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Trade Management Party Cell for the 2025 - 2027 term. Accordingly, the Party Cell Committee consists of 03 comrades: Comrade Doan Duy Thanh, Head of the Trade Management Department, Party Cell Secretary; Comrade Hoang Thi Minh Hang, Deputy Head of the Trade Management Department, Deputy Party Cell Secretary; Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Ha, specialist of the Trade Management Department, Party Cell Committee member.

With 100% approval rate, the Congress unanimously passed the Resolution of the Trade Management Party Congress for the 2025 - 2027 term, accordingly setting out a number of directions and goals as follows:

  Strengthening the work of party building and rectification, improving the capacity and fighting strength of the Party Cell; Leading mass organizations, building relationships between Party committees, authorities and mass organizations to successfully complete the political tasks of the Party Cell;

Effectively implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels in conjunction with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Timely detect and prevent deviations in political ideology; lifestyle ethics, "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".

Continue to promote the pioneering and exemplary spirit of cadres and party members in performing assigned public duties; persistently study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of each individual; uphold the role and responsibility of party members, especially the role and responsibility of setting an example of comrades in the Party Cell Committee, especially the leader, to continue to build a clean and strong Party Cell and be commended by superiors. The Trade Management Department is a collective that excellently completes the tasks of the Department.

The Congress of the Trade Management Party Cell was successfully held. The Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade and all Party members of the Trade Management Party Cell believe that the Party Committee of the Trade Management Party Cell for the new term will continue to uphold the spirit of solidarity, creativity, determination, and lead the Party Cell and Party members to promote pioneering, exemplary, and responsible spirit to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2027, contributing to building a strong Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade.
