With the motto "Solidarity - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress summarized the 2020 - 2025 term, set out directions and goals for the new period, towards building a clean and strong Party organization and a sustainable company development.
The political report at the congress emphasized that in the context of many difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, natural disasters and the impact on the local economy, the Party Committee of Quang Nam Electricity Company has promoted the spirit of solidarity, flexibility and creativity, and excellently completed political tasks.
Commercial electricity output in the 2020 - 2024 period reached 11,987 billion kWh, an average growth of 8.58%/year. Power loss decreased from 4.69% (2019) to 3.19% (2024), exceeding the set target. Average power outage time decreased to 207,821 minutes (2024), ensuring reliability of power supply.
The company has invested in upgrading the power grid, putting into operation 2 110kV transformer stations (Dai Dong, Phuoc Son), building new and renovating many power lines, contributing to bringing electricity to 100% of communes and 99.35% of households in the whole province. Digital transformation and application of science and technology have been promoted, with SCADA system, grid automation and hot repair technology, helping to improve the quality of customer service. Labor safety and hygiene, natural disaster prevention and national security have been effectively implemented, contributing to the socio -economic development and national security and defense of Quang Nam province.
The Congress also determined the goal of building a clean and strong Party organization, ensuring safe and stable electricity supply, completing the production and business plan and construction investment for the period 2025 - 2030. Specific targets include: Commercial electricity output reaching 3.8 billion kWh by 2029, an average increase of 6%/year; electricity loss reducing 0.05%/year; ensuring 100% collection of electricity bills and not allowing occupational accidents due to subjectivity.
The Party Committee proposed key solutions such as promoting investment in the power grid, upgrading 110kV transformer stations in Tien Phuoc, Dong Giang, Chu Lai; enhancing digital transformation in customer services, promoting cashless payments. Continuing to promote grassroots democracy regulations, preventing corruption and waste; building strong mass organizations. Party building work focuses on political and ideological education, improving the quality of Party cell activities and developing new Party members, striving to admit at least 60 Party members during the term.
The Congress listened to the discussion and comments on the documents of the 15th Congress of the Quang Nam Power Company Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, reported on the synthesis of comments on the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress, and approved the Resolution and action program of the Congress.
The Congress called on all cadres, party members and workers to continue to unite, maintain discipline, strive, promote democracy, and successfully complete the set goals.
