Organizing and implementing many key activities and programs to celebrate the success of the Conference summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo; joint rehearsal for military parades and marches to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Organizing a meeting of the Ministry of National Defense's Emulation and Commendation Council and summarizing the emulation and commendation work in the first 6 months of 2025; launching the peak emulation campaign "Raising high the August red flag - Emulating to win 3 first place"

Concluding the conference, General Trinh Van Quyet highly appreciated the agencies and units for their efforts and good performance of assigned tasks and works, many of which achieved excellent results. Regarding the key tasks of August, General Trinh Van Quyet pointed out: The task of the Party Central Committee and the Central Committee is to continue to focus on doing well the work of political education and ideological leadership. Timely information and propaganda, orienting ideology and public opinion on new, complex and sensitive issues of interest to officers, soldiers and people.

Along with the country's major events, General Trinh Van Quyet requested that in August, the relevant agencies do a good job of preparing for the Emulation Congress for Victory of the entire army; continue to direct and guide Party committees and organizations at all levels to complete the congresses of Party committees at the grassroots level and those directly under the Central Military Commission.
Carefully prepare and organize well the Congress of Delegates of the Central Committee for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 12th Congress of Delegates of the Military Party Committee. Research and propose the organization and staffing of political agencies and political cadres of newly established and reorganized agencies and units. Review and complete the personnel plan for military cadres participating in the 14th Central Executive Committee and the 16th National Assembly.
Emphasizing the implementation of digital transformation in the TCCT Agency, General Trinh Van Quyet said that the digital transformation work in the past time has had many efforts. In August, agencies and units must continue to make more efforts, striving to deploy paperless TCCT meetings; agencies and units work in a digital environment.
Regarding some other key tasks, General Trinh Van Quyet noted that the work of protecting internal politics, protecting secrets, ensuring security and safety must be strengthened; especially activities celebrating major holidays.
