At Tan Son Nhat airport, the Organizing Committee of Miss Earth 2023 arranged a team to welcome the representatives very thoughtfully and warmly.
International beauties have arrived at the Miss Earth 2023 contest.
Appearing before the media, the girls scored points for their beautiful looks and impressive fashion style. Among them, some contestants from countries such as Canada, Indonesia, and Malaysia cleverly impressed Vietnamese fans by wearing graceful ao dai.
Miss Canada - Layanna Robinson shared that she chose to wear Ao Dai because it is a cultural symbol of the Vietnamese people, with the desire to promote solidarity between countries despite many differences in traditional culture.
In addition, the bright red color of the outfit also symbolizes luck and positive energy in Canadian culture. The beauty wants to honor the common beauty of the world by combining the cultures of both countries.
Yllana Marie Aduana - Miss Earth Philippines is one of the first beauties to arrive in Vietnam. As soon as she arrived in Vietnam, the 25-year-old beauty showed her investment by wearing outfits inspired by Vietnamese ao dai and conical hats and using many jewelry and accessories made from recycled materials.
The Philippines representative said she really enjoys the scenery and is looking forward to enjoying the coffee. Before entering the intense competition, she will spend time with friends to visit Saigon and discover the unique cultural features of the city.
Miss Victoria Arocho - representative of Puerto Rico - appeared with a powerful and confident demeanor and waved the country's flag high. She excitedly shared: "I am very happy to be in Vietnam to participate in Miss Earth 2023. Now, I am ready for diverse cultural and culinary experiences in this wonderful country."
Besides, the beauty did not forget her main task, Victoria Arocho said, before coming to Vietnam, she spent a week training in the Philippines to prepare for the contest. Currently, she is looking forward to meeting other contestants to start this exciting journey. With careful preparation, the Puerto Rican beauty is determined to bring home the second crown for the country.
Miss Earth USA - Danielle Mullins expressed her excitement when admiring the scenery of Ho Chi Minh City, and was surprised by the warm welcome from the organizers. The USA beauty said this was her first time coming to Vietnam and she was eager to experience everything in this beautiful country.
After being welcomed at the airport, the contestants moved to Wink Hotel Saigon Centre to rest and prepare for the next activities of the competition.

We are committed to doing our best to organize a successful Miss Earth international season, bearing the Vietnamese mark and contributing to promoting the country's culture and tourism to international friends. Miss Earth 2023 will not only be a beauty pageant with many meaningful messages but also a valuable opportunity for TNA Entertainment to carry out missions for the environment, community and society."
Miss Earth is an international beauty pageant that has been held since 2001 to raise environmental awareness. The program is organized by the Carousel Productions Group of the Philippines and is considered one of the Top 4 largest and most prestigious beauty pageants in the world.
The Miss Earth 2023 pageant will take place in Vietnam from the end of November, with 90 beauties from around the world competing. The final round will be held on December 22.
