Viet Hung Ward met with businesses, cooperatives, and business households on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day

HNP - On the afternoon of October 9, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Viet Hung ward solemnly held a Meeting with enterprises, cooperatives, and business households to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2025), responding to the emulation movement "Capital Entrepreneurs Integration and Development" in 2025.

The event aims to show gratitude, listen, connect and accompany the business community, while affirming the important role of entrepreneurs and business households in the socio -economic development of the locality.

Attending the Conference were comrades: Vu Xuan Truong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; Dinh Thi Bich Nguyet, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Party Building Committee; Nguyen Truong Giang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward Fatherland Front Committee; along with comrades Vice Chairmen of the Ward People's Committee, leaders of specialized departments, offices, and the City's management agencies. In particular, there were more than 200 typical enterprises, cooperatives, and business households in Viet Hung Ward.

Speaking at the Conference, comrade Vu Xuan Truong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Viet Hung Ward, presented a report on the performance results of the Ward People's Committee after July 1, 2025 - the official time of operating the 2-level local government model.

According to the report, in the first 9 months of 2025, Viet Hung ward has achieved many positive results in various fields, notably: Completing 6/12 socio-economic targets, of which some targets exceeded the plan (budget revenue, health care, social security); The economy continues to grow, the whole ward currently has nearly 3,000 enterprises and more than 1,800 business households, contributing significantly to job creation, income and budget revenue.

Land management, site clearance, and public investment are being implemented synchronously. In the third quarter of 2025 alone, the ward has completed the handover of 3 school projects to serve the opening of the new school year; received and processed over 97% of applications for land use right certificates.

Social security is ensured with more than 2,100 gifts for people with meritorious services and disadvantaged households; medical, educational and cultural activities take place vigorously, with increasingly improved quality...

Comrade Vu Xuan Truong emphasized: "In the coming period, the ward government will continue to accompany businesses, create an open and transparent investment environment, and promote the local economy to develop rapidly and sustainably."

The conference also introduced the key economic development programs of Viet Hung ward in the period of 2026-2030, including 30 important target groups. Some notable goals include: Developing the economy in the direction of "green - smart", focusing on effectively exploiting land resources, promoting the application of digital transformation in management and production; Strive to increase the number of newly established business households and enterprises by 10% every year; have at least 1-2 innovative start-up models in operation; Complete the Le Mat Craft Village Conservation Center, form cultural - spiritual spaces associated with eco-tourism; 90% of payment transactions of business households are carried out electronically; 100% of markets meet the standards of "Civilized Commercial Market"...

Vice President of Long Bien Business Club, Director of Viet Hung Dental Clinic suggested strengthening the connection between small and medium enterprises, business households with banks and credit funds to create a stable source of capital. Vice President of the Hanoi Small and Medium Enterprises Association said that the establishment of the Viet Hung Business Association is an important turning point, helping the business community have a representative organization, creating a common voice in dialogue, giving advice and accompanying the government...

One of the highlights of the Conference was the signing ceremony of preferential loan agreements between banks and many typical enterprises, cooperatives and business households. This is an important resource to help units expand production, investment and sustainable development.

Immediately after that, the People's Committee of Viet Hung Ward announced the Decision to establish the Viet Hung Business Association. The Association will operate according to the approved Charter, have legal status, its own seal and account. The Association's Steering Committee was also launched, affirming its role as a bridge connecting businesses with the government and socio-economic organizations.

In his closing speech, the leader of Viet Hung ward affirmed that the success of the Conference is a testament to the spirit of companionship, sharing and solidarity between the government and businesses. This will be an important foundation for Viet Hung ward to continue to develop its economy in a sustainable and modern direction, with the goal of improving the quality of life of the people.
