Ia Dok commune was established on the basis of merging Ia Dok and Ia Kla communes (old Duc Co district).

During the past term, the two communes achieved many important results in all fields. Ia Dok commune (old) achieved and exceeded 21/25 targets set by the Resolution of the 19th Congress; Ia Kla commune (old) achieved and exceeded 24/26 targets set by the Resolution of the 7th Congress.

People's living standards are constantly improving; the average annual budget revenue growth rate is over 5%; average income per capita is 45 million VND/year. The poverty rate has decreased by an average of 2.5 to 3.1%/year.

By 2025, Ia Dok commune's economy will develop stably; infrastructure, schools, and medical stations will be invested and upgraded; social security and national defense and security will be ensured. The local political system will be consolidated; the great national unity bloc will be increasingly solid.

With the spirit of "Solidarity-Democracy-Discipline-Innovation-Development", entering the 2025-2030 term, the Congress set a target of increasing product value by 8.7%/year; average income per capita by 2030 reaching 60 million VND. By the end of the term, Ia Dok commune strives to have 8/16 villages and hamlets meeting new rural standards.

To realize those targets, the Party Committee of the commune focuses on building a clean and strong Party Committee; promoting the great national unity bloc; accelerating digital transformation; developing agriculture according to the value chain associated with brand building; improving people's lives; preserving national cultural identity; building Ia Dok commune to develop rapidly, comprehensively and sustainably.

Speaking at the Congress, Colonel Nguyen The Vinh - Commander of the Provincial Military Command acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Ia Dok Commune Party Committee in the past term.

At the same time, it is proposed that in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and consensus; innovate leadership methods, improve the efficiency of government operations after the rearrangement; focus on economic restructuring, develop high-tech agriculture, promote administrative reform, build digital government...

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Inspection Committee and Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Ia Dok Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Commune Party Executive Committee consists of 24 comrades; Comrade Siu Luynh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
