The first Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee was held with the theme: "Building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the tradition of loyalty and resilience; making breakthroughs, developing the economy and society, improving people's lives; ensuring national defense and security; together with the whole country, moving forward strongly in the era of national development". The congress has 448 official delegates, representing more than 94,200 party members of the entire Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee. The delegation attending the 14th National Party Congress includes 32 official delegates and 4 alternate delegates.
