Build a complete development strategy for the new stage
This Congress has historical significance as it takes place in the context of the country entering a new development phase with the goal of becoming a high-income country by 2045. Therefore, the people have high expectations for the Congress.
The Congress must evaluate and correctly identify the potential and strengths, both objective and subjective, of the province, build a strategy for stable and sustainable socio-economic development, maintain security and defense; continue to implement Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the direction of socio-economic development and ensure national defense and security in the Central Highlands region until 2030, with a vision to 2045.
The Congress must build a complete general development strategy, connected with the development strategy of the whole country and with neighboring provinces such as Quang Ngai, Dak Lak , Lam Dong in particular. This is very important!
To carry out these important tasks, comrades in the Executive Committee must do a good job of great solidarity and unity throughout the Party.
The province builds a team of cadres who must be close to reality, dare to face the truth, be dynamic, creative, have the will to be self-reliant, know how to listen to the people and accept the supervision of the people. In public service, they must be dedicated, honest, transparent; constantly learn and master digital technology to meet the requirements of the task.
Regarding urgent issues at hand, the Congress is requested to pay attention and make them happen. These include the handling, management, and use of public assets after the merger in a reasonable manner, avoiding waste; promptly resolving and supporting officials affected by the merger and change of work location. In particular, immediately reviewing and adjusting all types of legal documents and papers related to citizens' rights, this is something that must be done immediately.

Unlocking potential, creating development momentum
Looking forward to the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress, cadres, party members and people of Canh Vinh commune all believe and expect that the Congress will have many innovations with breakthrough decisions, unlocking potential and creating momentum to promote the comprehensive development of the province in the new period.
In particular, the Congress identified four breakthroughs in line with the province's characteristics, potentials and strengths, considering this a "leverage" for Gia Lai to rise strongly, affirming its new position in all fields, from socio-economic development to improving people's lives.
In addition, we believe that the province will concretize and effectively implement the four key resolutions set forth by the Politburo, namely: Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 on private economic development; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era; Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on international integration in the new situation. These resolutions not only open a solid foundation for administrative reform, but also affirm the determination to promote the application of science and technology in all areas of development, especially improving the quality of service to people and businesses of local governments at 2 levels quickly and effectively.
In addition, we expect the Congress to have decisions on investment in transport infrastructure, irrigation, digital transformation in rural areas; continue to pay attention to social security, sustainable poverty reduction, environmental protection and promoting national cultural identity, in order to strengthen the great solidarity bloc, creating momentum for comprehensive and sustainable development.

*Comrade PHAM HONG HIEP - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province, Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Youth Union:
Be proactive, creative, and join hands to successfully achieve the goal
The Congress is a very important political event, taking place in the context of Gia Lai province after the merger facing new opportunities, while also facing many difficulties and challenges. We believe that the Congress will propose resolutions that are both long-term strategic and have specific, practical solutions, maximizing the advantages of high-tech agriculture, renewable energy, sea - islands, logistics, tourism and the province's unique culture.
The Congress will have strong decisions related to the care, training, nurturing and development of young human resources. Because the youth are the vanguard force, the future owners, the ones who will directly turn the Party's policies and resolutions into vivid reality in life.
With careful preparation and a high sense of responsibility, the Congress will convey the message of the province's strong aspiration to rise; at the same time, create new motivation, confidence and spirit for all cadres, party members, people, especially the young generation of Gia Lai to continue to unite, strive, and make the province increasingly develop, become rich, strong and civilized.
The young generation has health, knowledge, aspiration and creativity, and can take on a pioneering role in many key areas. Specifically, in the context of the fourth industrial revolution and digital transformation taking place strongly, young people are the ones who are sensitive, have the ability to quickly access and master science and technology. Not only that, with the desire to start a business and establish a career, young people are also pioneers in creating new values, new economic models, making practical contributions to the socio-economic development of the province.
Besides, the young generation of Gia Lai also has the responsibility to preserve and promote the diverse and rich cultural identity of the ethnic groups; making an important contribution to strengthening the great solidarity bloc.
The Gia Lai Provincial Youth Union will continue to promote its role as a “socialist school for youth”, nurturing a generation of young people who are both knowledgeable and have the desire to contribute. Trust is placed in the youth of Gia Lai: Pioneers, shock troops, creative, together with the Party, government and people to realize the goals set by the Congress.

*Most Venerable THICH NHUAN TRI - Deputy Head of the Executive Committee and Chief Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the province:
Continue to create conditions for Buddhism to accompany the nation and homeland.
For more than two thousand years, Buddhism has accompanied the nation through many ups and downs of history, closely connected with the life, beliefs and culture of the people. We are proud that Buddhism has contributed to strengthening the great national unity, making practical contributions in many fields, especially culture, charity, humanity, social security, and working with the people to build a peaceful life and an increasingly prosperous country.
Buddhism always takes the motto “Dharma - Nation - Socialism” as its guiding principle. Accompanying the Party, the State and the Fatherland Front, Buddhism has enriched and deepened traditional cultural and ethical values, while actively participating in building cultural life at the grassroots level. It is this spirit of integration and companionship that helps Buddhism become a spiritual support and also a trustworthy member of the great national unity bloc.
Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, we expect the Provincial Party Congress to continue to have many policies and solutions to care for and create conditions for Buddhism in the province to develop, connect and contribute more to the development of the homeland.
Currently, there are still more than 150 pagodas in the province that have not been granted land use right certificates, which partly causes difficulties for religious activities and study. We also hope that the authorities at all levels will pay attention to resolving the problems, so that the pagodas can soon stabilize their legal status, become legitimate places for religious activities, and contribute to spiritual orientation and building the spiritual life of the people.
In addition, in many mountainous communes, Buddhists still lack places for religious activities, and do not have pagodas to place their faith and build a good mind. We hope that the province will create conditions for gradually having suitable places for activities, helping the mountainous people to be more connected, to nurture the spirit of compassion and to live a "good life, good religion".
Before a new term, we expect our province to continue to reap many successes, bringing more favorable and better conditions to the people and for the sustainable development of our homeland and country.

The business community expects a streamlined apparatus to create development.
Toyota Gia Lai Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise established in 2014. During the development of the enterprise, we have always received the attention and support of the people, related departments, branches and local authorities. Over the years, Toyota Gia Lai has achieved many successes, becoming "The best dealer in the Central and Central Highlands regions, a typical dealer nationwide".
It must be affirmed that the success of enterprises is always associated with a stable environment and open policies created by the government. With the motto of this Congress: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", we expect that Gia Lai province (new) will continue to build a streamlined 2-level local government apparatus, create development, and accompany enterprises.
In particular, continue to pay attention to investing in developing infrastructure, transportation, etc. for the western region of Gia Lai province. At the same time, focus on creating favorable conditions in terms of mechanisms and specific policies to support the small and medium-sized enterprise community to develop, integrate, and compete in the new context to keep pace with the development of the whole country, and enter a new era with the nation.

People want to change production thinking
Since the implementation of the two-level local government, what we appreciate is that the grassroots leaders have paid close attention to each hamlet and village to grasp the actual situation of the material and spiritual life of the people. Currently, Klăh 1 village has 150 households, of which 90% are ethnic minorities.
Therefore, with the 1st Congress of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, we hope that leaders from the province to communes, villages and hamlets will continue to pay more attention to our people, have stronger policies to develop socio-economic, invest more systematically in traffic infrastructure...
In particular, pay more attention to ethnic minorities, especially in transferring science and technology, helping people change their production thinking, improve their lives, and develop family economy.

Will shape the new development path of the province
These days, the atmosphere in the residential areas is bustling. Walking on the clean roads, looking at the fluttering national flags, the colorful slogans and banners hanging everywhere, I clearly feel the joy of the people who are wholeheartedly looking forward to the 1st Provincial Party Congress. Although I am retired and no longer directly working, I feel like I am reliving the exciting days of accompanying the people. In each community activity, people in the villages of Vinh Son commune talk a lot about their belief and expectation in the Congress - a major political event that will shape the development path of the province in the next 5 years.
We, the people, hope that the provincial leaders in the new term will have more practical policies to build the rural mountainous areas to become more prosperous: Transport infrastructure will be expanded and connected with other regions; schools will be spacious, hospitals and medical stations will be fully invested and modern; people will be supported to change their livelihoods, develop the forest economy, create stable jobs for their children... I believe that this Congress will promote intelligence, select a team of cadres with enough courage, capacity and ability to lead. Looking at the joyful atmosphere from the villages, hamlets to the neighborhoods, I am more confident that Gia Lai will enter a new period of development, worthy of the aspirations of all the people.

The 1st Provincial Party Congress took place in the context that we are implementing a 2-level local government.
The intersection between forest and sea creates the premise for Gia Lai to break through in the era of national growth… making people even more excited and enthusiastic, placing absolute trust in the Party.
The Provincial Party Congress is a broad political activity, not only among cadres and party members but also among all classes of people in the province. We have directed agencies and units to organize many specific and practical emulation movements to celebrate this important event. The content and form of propaganda are implemented in a rich and appropriate manner for each locality and target group, such as integrating at conferences, billboards, mass media, Zalo, Facebook... Through propaganda work, cadres, party members and all classes of people have full awareness of the content, meaning and importance of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
To create a vibrant competitive atmosphere to welcome the Congress, Ia Krel commune is promoting patriotic emulation movements, developing production, developing enterprises, investing in mobilizing resources for socio-economic development; strengthening security and order, implementing social security work well... Along with that, the commune has selected projects to put up welcome signs for the Congress. Up to now, many projects have been started, some projects have been completed to organize the hanging of welcome signs. Hope officials at all levels continue to be closer to the people
The lives of our people in Pong village have changed dramatically in recent years. In the past, people were worried about food and clothing all year round, but thanks to the correct support policies of the Party and the State, many households have taken the initiative to do business, apply technical advances in production, escape poverty sustainably, and some have even become well-off and rich. Village roads and alleys are more spacious, our children have the conditions to go to school fully, and health care and social security are also given more attention.
On the eve of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, we have placed great trust and expectations in the Party. We hope that this Congress will have policies that pay more attention to disadvantaged areas, especially investing in transport infrastructure, electricity, and clean water, so that people can have convenience in their daily life, production, and improve their living standards. Along with that, we hope that officials at all levels will continue to be closer to the people, regularly go to the grassroots, listen to their thoughts and aspirations, as well as provide specific guidance on policy procedures, helping people to easily understand and implement.
We believe that the Congress will open up steps for sustainable development, creating opportunities for our people to continue to rise up, build a united community, and contribute to making our homeland Gia Lai increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized, and worthy of the people's trust.

Over the past years, our farmers' lives have changed significantly. The irrigation works invested by the State have provided enough water for irrigation, and people no longer have to worry about crop failure like before. New crop varieties have been put into production with high productivity, agricultural product prices have gradually stabilized, and there are outlets, so everyone feels secure in working and producing. Concreting leads to green rice fields and fruit trees, everywhere you see prosperity and belief in a bright tomorrow.
On the eve of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, we believe that the Congress will continue to pay more attention to agricultural development, have more practical support policies for farmers to apply science and technology, change the structure of crops and livestock, expand consumption markets, and get rich right on their homeland. We also hope that the voices of farmers and grassroots will be listened to and synthesized to be included in resolutions and action programs, to be closer to reality and bring long-term effectiveness. As a person of prestige in the village, I understand my role and responsibility. I actively propagate and mobilize people in the village not to listen to bad people, to be vigilant against the distorted and deceptive arguments of hostile forces aiming to divide the great national unity bloc. People need to be vigilant and report to local authorities and functional forces when bad people enter the area.
