Danang University of Education opens and welcomes new students in 2025

DNO - On the evening of October 2, the University of Education (University of Danang) organized the Opening Ceremony and welcomed new students for the 2025 enrollment with the theme "Continuing the dream".

The University of Education honored valedictorian Le Khanh Nguyen, majoring in Literature Pedagogy, with 29.5 admission points, and is also the valedictorian of block C in Da Nang .

This is an annual event to honor valedictorians, salutatorians, and excellent students; at the same time, create an atmosphere of solidarity, arouse the desire to learn and contribute in students.

In his opening speech, Associate Professor Dr. Vo Van Minh, Principal of the school, sent a message and orientation to more than 2,700 new students.

“The 2025 generation not only witnessed the 50-year milestone of the school's formation and development, but also opened the second 50-year journey with many great expectations.

"Students studying at UED (University of Education) not only study in the lecture hall but are also present in all activities, with culture as the foundation, science as the key, education shaping destiny and art inspiring creativity" - Associate Professor, Dr. Vo Van Minh said.

The school awarded the valedictorians and salutatorians of all faculties with a total value of 55 million VND, along with 8 excellent students of the past school year.

On this occasion, the University of Education launched a campaign to support the UED Inspiration Scholarship Fund.

This scholarship fund was established in 2021 and has so far awarded more than 2 billion VND to students, becoming a symbol of spreading UED's humanistic values. In 2025, the Fund aims to mobilize from 900 million VND to 1.5 billion VND to continue accompanying students.

The program also included the art gala “Continuing the Dream” with the participation of many guest artists and singers; bringing a youthful, vibrant atmosphere and inspiring learning competition to new students of the University of Education.
