On August 10, the Provincial Military Party Committee summarized 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW, 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW dated January 7, 2019 of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW on strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation in the provincial armed forces for the period 2013-2023.

Over the past 10 years, Party committees and commanders at all levels, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces have thoroughly grasped, raised awareness and responsibility in organizing the implementation of leadership and direction documents at all levels, focusing on Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW. The mass mobilization work of the provincial armed forces has been led and directed with many innovations in both content and form; measures to coordinate with branches and Party committees and local authorities to organize and implement closely, in accordance with the functions and tasks of each agency, unit and the characteristics and situation of the locality.

In the coming time, the Provincial Military Party Committee will continue to thoroughly grasp Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW. Include the content and measures for conducting mass mobilization and mobilizing people into the field training program and annual military training plan. Effectively carry out ethnic and religious work according to the viewpoints of the Party and the State. Fully participate in movements, revolutionary campaigns, economic , cultural and social development programs in the locality; actively help and participate in resolving the legitimate aspirations of the people, overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and well implement social policies.
