Evaluation report: In the first 6 months of the year, the Party Committee and Command of Division 316 thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented resolutions and directives from superiors; organized synchronous and comprehensive implementation of all aspects of work, successfully completed tasks, many of which were excellently completed.

Major General Tran Van Bac, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of Military Region 2, delivered a speech at the conference.

Notably, the Division has strictly maintained combat readiness, organized training according to plan, reached over 99% of troops, and over 84% of test results were good or excellent.

The unit successfully completed the task of participating in the parade and marching in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification. The 17th Congress of the Division Party Committee, term 2025-2030, was a great success. The Emulation Movement for Victory and the peak emulation periods were effectively implemented. Many collectives and individuals were awarded.

The conference discussed and contributed opinions on the draft resolution and the interim report. The opinions basically agreed with the assessment of the achieved results and were highly unanimous with the direction, goals and leadership tasks for the last 6 months of the year.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Tran Van Bac acknowledged and commended the outstanding results achieved by the Party Committee and Command of Division 316; at the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the Division Party Committee should focus on leading the implementation of 7 key tasks.

In particular, the Division continues to do well in ideological education, building a contingent of officers and soldiers with strong political will; strictly maintaining combat readiness, proactively handling situations; organizing synchronous and in-depth training, close to combat plans, successfully completing drills and participating in the parade and marching mission to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

The Commander of Military Region 2 also noted that Division 316 strengthens ideological management and discipline; promotes military administrative reform and digital transformation; performs well in logistics and technical work, ensures soldiers' lives and absolute safety in training and work.
