The Party Committee of Division 341 awarded the Decision on promoting military ranks and raising salaries of cadres in 2023

Authorized by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 4, on the afternoon of May 19, the Party Committee of Division 341 held a conference to announce and award the decision to promote military ranks and raise salaries for 40 officers and soldiers in the unit in 2023. Comrade Nguyen Van Linh, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Division chaired the conference.

Colonel Nguyen Van Linh, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Division, pinned the rank of major on the comrades who received the decision this time.

Also attending the conference were Colonel Le The Soai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Division Commander; Party Committee members of the Division; heads of agencies and units in the Division and individuals who received Decisions on promotion and salary increase on this occasion.

Colonel Le The Soai, Deputy Party Secretary and Division Commander, pinned the rank of Lieutenant Colonel on 10 comrades who received decisions this time.

Of the 40 comrades promoted in rank and salary this time, 10 comrades were promoted from Major to Lieutenant Colonel; 21 comrades from Captain to Major; 2 comrades from Lieutenant to Senior Lieutenant; 1 comrade from Second Lieutenant to Lieutenant; 2 comrades received salary increases for the first time as a QNCN; 4 comrades received salary increases for the first time as an Officer of the rank of Major. These are cadres with good moral qualities, high capacity and responsibility, and excellently completing assigned duties and tasks.

Speaking at the Conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Linh, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Division, highly appreciated the dedication and congratulated the comrades who received the decision in this period. This is a recognition of the merits and achievements of the cadres in the process of performing their duties, and the attention of the Party and the Army, directly the Party Committee, the Division Commander and the Party Committees and commanders at all levels, for the training and efforts of each cadre.
