Strengthening propaganda and dissemination of laws on land and resources

Recently, departments, branches and localities of Quang Ninh have focused on promoting propaganda and dissemination of laws on land and resources, aiming to raise public awareness in managing and protecting local resources.

Specifically, the province has directed departments, branches, units and localities to focus on propagating, disseminating and thoroughly, comprehensively and extensively disseminating to cadres, party members, union members and all classes of people the policies and directions of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party's regulations and the State's laws on land, resources and mineral management. Thereby creating a strong change in awareness, sense of responsibility and obligation of each cadre, party member, union member, organization and individual in managing and protecting resources and minerals.

Notably, on May 16, 2024, the Provincial Council for Coordination of Law Dissemination and Education coordinated with the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies to organize a conference in person combined with online to disseminate and propagate the Land Law and the Law on Credit Institutions to more than 11,200 delegates; organized an online contest to learn about the 2024 Land Law in the area with thousands of participants. Departments, branches, and localities have proactively organized propaganda, training, invited reporters, or experts in the field of land to deploy to cadres, civil servants, and public employees.

Typically, Dong Trieu Town, on July 5, 2024, held a conference to propagate and disseminate the law to all key officials at all levels in the whole town, cadres, civil servants, public employees, voters and people, with nearly 4,000 attendees.

Similarly, for other resources, along with many solutions, propaganda work has been promoted, multiplying the responsibility of the whole society in protecting resources; many activities have been organized and maintained effectively such as the "Let's clean the sea" campaign jointly launched by the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Border Guard Command, aiming to protect marine resources in the area.

Or in the work of protecting and developing forest resources, documents, directives, resolutions, policies, and laws on forest protection and development issued by the Central and the province are all planned for study, dissemination, and implementation by Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, and affiliated sectors to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and people in the area.
