Specifically, at the entrance to the site, there is a Code of Conduct board, information board, heritage leaflets, and staff guiding visitors to download automatic guide software in many languages ​​such as Vietnamese, English, French, Chinese, and Japanese to help visitors approach the heritage in the closest way.

The Center organizes annual events (associated with the results of research on intangible cultural values) such as: Spring Opening Ceremony on the occasion of Lunar New Year, Vietnamese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Doan Ngo Festival, Co Loa Festival... At the same time, it promotes the "Heritage Education" program at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Heritage Site and Co Loa Relic Site (implemented by the Center in coordination with the Hanoi Department of Education and Training) to create an attractive playground for students to practice, experience and learn about history.

The center has also developed the night economy with the "Decoding Thang Long Imperial Citadel" night tour product and supporting activities to meet the needs of domestic visitors as well as international visitors staying in the capital.

In particular, the Center has applied digital technology to tours. The digitization of exhibition spaces and exhibits in 360, 3D formats and virtual tours, allowing viewers to use smart devices to learn, creates the attraction of Heritage for visitors.

The application of information technology in interactive activities to serve tourists includes a room to create the space of Kinh Thien Palace as well as selecting some important court rituals such as the Royal Court Ceremony or Thi Dinh of the Le Dynasty in this space using 3D and virtual reality technology; testing Audio guide and Tour guide equipment in exhibition areas and revolutionary relics; 3D tour of the Thang Long Imperial Palace exhibition area and the archaeological site at 18 Hoang Dieu; 3D mapping technology to introduce relics and artifacts on display.....
