This proposal of FVGLAND Investment and Development Joint Stock Company aims to remove difficulties for businesses in implementing investment progress on schedule and reducing financial pressure.

The Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province has just transferred the request for consideration of granting a Certificate of Land Use Rights for the An Hoa Bay 1 High-class Ecological Urban Area Project, Tam Hiep Commune, Tam Giang Commune and Nui Thanh Town, Nui Thanh District of FVGLAND Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as FVGLAND) to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for inspection and consultation on settlement according to authority, in accordance with the provisions of law.

According to FVGLAND's proposal, the An Hoa Bay 1 High-end Ecological Urban Area Project has so far completed the technical infrastructure and has been accepted by the competent authority for the completion of phase 1 (scope of 30.7 hectares) according to Notice No. 110/TB-KKTCN dated December 20, 2024 of the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Quang Nam province.

In order to remove difficulties for businesses in implementing investment progress on schedule and reducing financial pressure, FVGLAND proposed that the People's Committee of Quang Nam province consider granting the first Land Use Rights Certificate (within 30.7 hectares) for the An Hoa Bay 1 High-class Ecological Urban Area Project.

Specifically, for residential land, including block CL82 to CL111; block CL113 (from lot 3 to lot 15); block CL14; from block CL117 to block CL120; block CL123; from block CL129 to block 135; block CL237; block CL140. For commercial service land, including blocks TM11; TM12; TM13 (from lot 01 to lot 07).

Previously, on September 13, 2022, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province agreed to adjust the progress of the An Hoa Bay 1 High-class Ecological Urban Area Housing Construction Investment Project in Tam Hiep commune and Nui Thanh town, Nui Thanh district to complete the entire project by June 2023 (extending the total progress by 36 months compared to the progress approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 2639/UBND-KTN dated May 26, 2017) due to resolving difficulties in site clearance at the request of the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province.
