'People miss them when they leave, and love them when they stay': My Ly residents tearfully bid farewell to soldiers who stood shoulder to shoulder for more than 2 weeks to overcome flood consequences

After more than 2 weeks of participating in supporting flood relief in My Ly commune, on August 15, officers and soldiers of Nghe An Provincial Military Command said goodbye to local people and returned to their units to continue training and combat readiness.

Recently, the Nghe An Armed Forces have mobilized thousands of officers, soldiers, militia and hundreds of vehicles to coordinate with units of the Ministry and Military Region 4 stationed in the area to carry out many tasks: clearing mud and soil, rebuilding houses, repairing schools, dredging waterways and cleaning the environment.
