At the conference, the Provincial Military Command deployed the plan to summarize the Party work and political work of the provincial armed forces in performing the tasks of preventing and fighting natural disasters, epidemics, rescue, and environmental protection, period 2021 - 2025. At the same time, announced the establishment of the Steering Committee, research and compilation committee and secretariat; assigned tasks to members to research and compile documents.

Discussing at the conference, delegates agreed that summarizing the Party work and political work of the provincial armed forces in performing the tasks of preventing and fighting natural disasters, epidemics, rescue, and environmental protection, the period of 2021 - 2025 is necessary content. Thereby, evaluating the results of leadership and direction in performing tasks; contributing to educating traditions, raising the sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers in the tasks of preventing and fighting natural disasters, epidemics, rescue, and environmental protection in the current period.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Nguyen Minh Khoi, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, emphasized: In the process of collecting documents for compilation, there will be many difficulties due to the dissolution, merger, and implementation of the two-level local government. Therefore, agencies and units must promote their roles and responsibilities in performing their tasks. Encourage and motivate officers and soldiers to provide documents, images, videos , and clips to illustrate the activities of the provincial armed forces to organize the compilation to ensure quality and on time according to the plan determined by the Provincial Military Command.
