On the evening of August 17, the Admissions Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) announced the admission scores based on the 2024 high school graduation exam score method (method 6 according to the school's admission plan).

Accordingly, the benchmark scores of 56 training programs in Ho Chi Minh City increased sharply compared to 2023. At Vinh Long Branch, the benchmark score for admission based on high school graduation exam results increased from 1 to 5 points, ranging from 17-22 points.

Early admission methods, official benchmark scores are determined equal to the admission scores of universities previously announced.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, after knowing the admission scores, successful candidates must confirm their admission online on the general admission system of the Ministry of Education and Training no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 27. At the same time, candidates must go directly to the universities to complete the admission procedures according to the time frames prescribed by each school. From August 28, universities with remaining admission quotas will announce additional admission rounds.
