In Vinh City , Le Viet Thuat High School's first round of admission scores was 21.65 points. In addition, the school also announced the list of 10 students admitted to the advanced class and the list of 8 students admitted directly.

The candidate with the highest admission score to the school is Hoang Phu Quy - a student at Trung Do Secondary School - with 27.5 points (including 2.5 priority points).

The admission score to Ha Huy Tap High School this year is 21.6 points. The candidate with the highest admission score to the school is Nguyen Quoc Tuan Huy - Vinh University Pedagogical Practice High School - with 28.85 points (including 2.5 priority points).

Huynh Thuc Khang High School has a first round benchmark score of 23.5 points. The candidate with the highest admission score to the school is Nguyen Dao Huy Hieu - Le Loi Secondary School - with 29.20 points (of which 2.5 points are priority points).

Thus, the benchmark score for public 10th grade admission this year in Nghe An is 23.5 points at Huynh Thuc Khang High School. Compared to the 2023-2024 school year (standard score of 25.35 points), this year's benchmark score is 1.85 points lower.

The reason the admission scores to high schools in Nghe An this year are 1-2 points lower than last school year is because the exam questions are considered more difficult.
