Flooded areas of Bich Hao and Thanh Binh Tho are deeply flooded.

Floodwaters rose from the night of September 29, and by this afternoon, more than 500 households in 20/30 hamlets of Bich Hao commune, Thanh Binh Tho (Nghe An) were flooded and isolated.

During the flood days, in Bich Hao commune, there were 2 households in need of urgent support: Mr. Bui Xuan Son's family in Kim Hoa hamlet who brought the remains of martyr Bui Xuan Thao back to his hometown for burial and Mr. Nguyen Canh Chau's family in Xuan Lan hamlet whose relative passed away. Upon receiving the news, the local Party Committee and government promptly visited and encouraged, and mobilized 2 boats to serve the 2 families.
