Ha Tinh Electricity Company has just received information about the incident of two electric poles on the 35kV line in Du Nai village, Xuan Loc commune, Ha Tinh province being broken after storm No. 10, exposing the steel inside.
Ha Tinh Electricity Company said that this fallen electric pole is related to the project to upgrade the 35kV power line and 35/0.4kV transformer station at the Dong Loc T-junction relic site. The project was implemented in 2013, technically accepted in April 2014 and energized and put into operation in July 2014, ensuring safe and stable power supply for the relic site and people's lives.
This project uses centrifugal concrete columns manufactured by Khanh Vinh Company Limited. The product is manufactured according to TCVN 5847:1994, has been certified by QUACERT to conform to standards, allowed to use the quality mark, and has been accepted by the technical council before installation.
Immediately after receiving the information, Ha Tinh Electricity Company proactively provided documents to the police agency for coordination in inspection; at the same time worked with Khanh Vinh Company Limited to request review of documents, inspection, and re-testing of technical indicators.
As a result of the document inspection, at the time of production in 2013, the centrifugal concrete poles of Khanh Vinh Company Limited were manufactured according to the design documents of the centrifugal reinforced concrete poles, the design was tested by Quacert and granted certificate number SP 246-1.13.16 certifying that the centrifugal reinforced concrete pole product complies with TCVN 5847:1994 standard.
