On July 9, the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health issued a decision to suspend the operation of Phuong Dat General Clinic (Quy Nhon Ward) due to not ensuring enough staff to practice in accordance with the scope and scale of licensed operations.
This decision is effective until the clinic corrects the deficiencies and is permitted to operate again by the Department of Health.

Previously, Phuong Dat General Clinic was reported by a resident on social media that his relative was charged nearly 9 million VND after only 2 hours of medical examination here.
However, Ms. Duyen, the clinic representative, denied the "overcharging" information, explaining that the fee of more than 8 million VND is the cost for a 1-month treatment commitment.
Ms. Duyen also said that afterward, a person claiming to be a patient's relative came to cause trouble, not allowing the patient to continue treatment and filming and taking pictures, forcing the clinic to invite the ward police to come and resolve the matter.
