Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ngo Cong Thuc hopes that the Korean JAUD Urban Planning and Design Company and the Chinese BIRAN CG Environmental Services Company will join and call on investors to participate in providing urban planning solutions, waste collection and treatment technology for power generation, solid waste treatment, wastewater treatment, clean water treatment and supply for An Giang at industrial parks in the province in the coming time, as well as pay attention to livelihood projects, social security, environment, healthcare , urban beautification, etc.

In particular, after listening to the two enterprises present their experiences, capabilities and investment ideas for projects scattered across An Giang and Phu Quoc provinces, comrade Ngo Cong Thuc highly appreciated the capabilities, experiences and proposals of the enterprises. These are modern technological solutions in line with the sustainable development orientation of An Giang province.

In that spirit, to support investors in implementing the next steps, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to be the focal agency to preside over, receive dossiers, and guide investors on investment procedures according to the provisions of law; the Department of Finance coordinates with relevant departments and branches to provide information on planning, socio-economic development of the province, special investment incentive policies in the field of waste and wastewater treatment, clean water supply in the province for businesses; advise investors on financial regulations, price framework for waste and wastewater treatment services, clean water prices according to current regulations; preside over and coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee's Industrial Promotion Fund on approving investment policies and selecting investors after receiving project proposal dossiers.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to provide complete and accurate data on the current status of the volume and composition of domestic waste, the situation of wastewater treatment in localities, industrial zones, and the need for clean water supply in the province; introduce and guide investors to survey locations in potential areas to build factories and organic waste landfills according to the plan; support and advise investors on Vietnam's environmental standards and regulations; and guide procedures for conducting environmental impact assessments when the project is implemented.

Assign the Department of Construction to provide information on construction planning, urban planning, water supply and drainage planning related to the proposed project location; guide investors in connecting traffic, electricity and water infrastructure for projects; appraise contents and grant construction permits when the project is implemented;

The People's Committees of communes and wards in the special economic zones coordinate with departments and investors during the field survey process; proactively provide information on the actual situation in the locality, the needs of people and businesses, propagate and create consensus among people for the implementation projects...
