Comrade Pham Van Bay holds the position of Deputy Director of Dak Nong Department of Finance.

According to Decision No. 1106-QD/UBND of the People's Committee of Dak Nong province, the People's Committee of the province mobilized and appointed comrade Pham Van Bay, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Dak Nong Books and School Equipment Joint Stock Company to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance from September 18, 2024.

Comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Nong province presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Comrade Pham Van Bay, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance.

Comrade Bay used to be an officer working at the Department of Finance, holding many different roles such as specialist, Deputy Chief Inspector, Chief of Office... In March 2022, Comrade Bay was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Dak Nong Book - School Equipment Joint Stock Company.

Comrade Bay's transfer and appointment to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance aims to consolidate and improve leadership capacity, creating more strength to work with the Board of Directors, officers and civil servants of the unit to better perform the tasks of 2024 and the following years.
