On the morning of September 30, at the Phu Tho Provincial Culture and Arts House, the 1st Congress of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, solemnly opened. Comrade Luong Cuong, Politburo member, President of Vietnam, attended and directed the Congress.

At the Congress, comrade Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the decisions of the Politburo and Secretariat on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Politburo appointed the Phu Tho Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consisting of 97 comrades, and the Standing Committee consisting of 27 comrades. Comrade Truong Quoc Huy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
