On October 6, comrade Vang Seo Con, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward visited and presented gifts to support two households that suffered heavy losses due to the recent flood in the ward.

Comrade Vang Seo Con, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Giang 2 Ward, presented gifts to support Mrs. Pham Thi Sam's household that suffered damage due to flooding.

The two households that received gifts included Mrs. Pham Thi Sam, an elderly person in difficult circumstances whose house was completely collapsed, and the family of Mr. Hoang Tuan Kiet, whose house was swept away by floodwaters, both residing in Group 5, Quang Trung, Ward Ha Giang 2. The flood caused serious property damage, greatly affecting the lives of people in the area.

At the families he visited, Comrade Vang Seo Con expressed his deep sympathy for the difficulties that the households are facing. He requested the People's Committee and the ward's organizations to continue to monitor and provide regular support, helping the families restore their homes, stabilize their livelihoods, and ensure safety, especially in the context of complicated weather after storms and floods.

The gifts presented this time demonstrate the spirit of mutual love and support of the local Party Committee, government and community.
