Dong Nai promotes tourism space at Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair

(DN) - On the morning of September 4, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City coordinated with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the opening ceremony of the 19th Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair (ITE HCMC 2025), the event "connecting international supply chains" and the 2025 export forum.

Attending the opening ceremony were: Former Politburo member, former President Nguyen Minh Triet; former Vice Presidents Truong My Hoa and Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Tran Luu Quang; Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh and leaders of ministries, branches and localities nationwide.

This is the first time that three major events on tourism, supply chain and export forum are held at the same time to create a strong effect in promoting trade - investment - tourism. In particular, ITE HCMC 2025 with the message "Sustainable Tourism - Vibrant Experience" attracted more than 500 businesses, 250 international buyers from 41 countries and territories to participate.

This event is expected to attract tens of thousands of visitors. For the VIS 2025 Export Forum, there are more than 450 purchasing delegations from 60 countries, 400 domestic enterprises with more than 12 thousand products, opening up opportunities to connect supply and demand on a large scale.

Participating in the booth displaying and promoting tourism products and specialties of Dong Nai at ITE HCMC 2025, Dong Nai introduced famous destinations in the province, experienced tourist destinations in digital space, enjoyed local specialties such as grapefruit wine, fermented dragon fruit juice, cashew candy... attracting domestic and international visitors.

ITE HCMC 2025 takes place over 3 days, from September 4 to 6.
