The concept of Blue Zones, also known as the land of longevity, is a place where people have a long life and live close to nature.
With the title: "The next global blue zones in Vietnam to come out", USA Today newspaper shared, the 6-star resort Ecovillage Saigon River of the founder of Ecopark, located in the east of Saigon, 18km from Notre Dame Cathedral, promises to become the next green zone of the world .
This newspaper evaluates Ecovillage Saigon River as a real estate project that will establish a new living environment in Vietnam. It is a place where people will live long and healthy lives amidst a beautiful natural area and every moment back home will be a therapy, relaxation, and vacation.
USA Today reports that there are currently five Blue Zones, where people live long and healthy lives thanks to their closeness to nature. These are Icaria (Greece), Sardinia (Italy), Okinawa (Japan), Nicoya (Costa Rica), and Loma Linda, California (USA). These areas all have beautiful natural landscapes that encourage people to exercise and practice outdoor sports .
USA Today assesses that it is easy to actively live and exercise, but it is difficult to find a land that can provide a synchronous living environment towards the values of health, longevity and community. Therefore, it is necessary to be a visionary investor, confident and experienced to be able to develop.
