FPT Play deletes all versions of the movie "Let Me Shine" due to suspicions of containing the "cow tongue line"

On the morning of October 3, FPT Play platform announced that it would remove and delete the entire movie "Let Me Shine" from its system due to suspicions of inappropriate images.

Specifically, according to FPT Play, the film Let Me Shine is currently broadcasting episode 15. “In the process of censoring the parallel episodes that are about to be aired, we discovered that episode 16 contained images and information that did not comply with regulations (suspectedly related to the “cow tongue line”), we immediately removed all of this content from the system even before this episode aired,” FPT said.

FPT also emphasized: "We are committed to ensuring that content is strictly censored, to bring audiences safe, regulated and meaningful entertainment experiences."

According to the Hoa Ngu Newspaper Stand fanpage, the image suspected of containing the "cow tongue line" appeared at minutes 29-30 of episode 16. This fanpage also announced that it would stop updating information about the film.

Let Me Shine stars two famous actors Zhao Lusi and Chan Wai Ting. The film is adapted from the novel Da Qiao Xiao Qiao by Zhang Yue Ran.
