The delegates reviewed traditions, shared experiences and encouraged the current generation of commanders, officers and soldiers to continue promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers and the glorious tradition of the Border Guard force, and to excellently complete the task of managing and firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the national border.
