In addition, the locality also applies measures to block and control epidemics, and at the same time promotes propaganda in various forms to advise and guide farmers to apply measures to disinfect, sterilize, raise animals in a safe biological environment and protect the environment according to regulations of the veterinary and environmental sectors. Inspections and supervision are conducted regularly to detect early and strictly handle violations of related laws.

Any units or hamlets showing signs of negligence in this work must report immediately so that the Steering Committee can take timely measures.
The commune leaders also requested the Steering Committee to divide into many groups to inspect and handle violations if detected, and at the same time review, classify and evaluate the epidemic situation in the areas to develop appropriate prevention plans. At the hamlet and residential area levels, it is necessary to establish teams and groups to coordinate with veterinary staff to propagate to people about epidemic prevention work.
