International Pickleball Tournament in Da Nang sets Guinness record for live audience

On the evening of October 4, in Da Nang, the closing ceremony of the Pickleball Tournament PPA Tour Asia - MB Vietnam Cup 2025 took place, organized by the Da Nang City Pickleball Federation (DPF) in coordination with America & Asia Linkage Company Limited (AAC).

Taking place from September 30 to October 4, the PPA Tour Asia - MB Vietnam Cup 2025 International Pickleball Tournament is not only a place for athletes to compete, but also an opportunity for audiences to experience the top sports atmosphere, explore dramatic matches, and enjoy colorful entertainment performances.

The event successfully organized matches in 2 categories: Professional (Pro) and Amateur; organized a separate competition called Celebrity Cup - where artists and famous faces of Vietnamese showbiz participated in competitions and interacted with the audience; organized a large-scale sports exhibition Vietnam Sport Festival and many other outstanding activities.

After the final matches in the professional category, the organizers awarded the athletes in the following categories: men's singles, women's singles, mixed doubles, women's doubles, men's doubles. The total prize value for the Pro category is 150,000 USD.

The highlight of the closing ceremony of the Pickleball PPA Tour Asia - MB Vietnam Cup 2025 was the event that was officially recognized by Guinness World Records as the Pickleball tournament with the largest live audience in the world , with the participation of more than 7,900 people.
