The 'Technology from the Heart' Award will honor 32 outstanding works

The second Photo and Video Awards Ceremony with the theme “Technology with heart” will take place on the afternoon of October 23 in Hanoi, honoring 32 outstanding works.

Specifically, the Organizing Committee will award 3 First Prizes for 3 categories: Single Photo, Photo Series and Video Clip, each worth 50 million VND; 6 Second Prizes, each worth 40 million VND; 9 Third Prizes, each worth 30 million VND; 14 Consolation Prizes, each worth 10 million VND.

In addition, 63 representative works were selected for exhibition, including 21 single photos, 27 photo sets and 15 video clips.

This is an award jointly organized by Vietnam News Agency and the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group ( Viettel ), aiming to honor the values that technology brings to life; inspire creativity, arouse pride in the breakthrough achievements of Vietnamese technology, contribute to bringing about changes in all fields, create a sustainable foundation for the country to develop prosperously in the new era, towards the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and 40 years of national renovation.

Last year's "Technology from the Heart" award-winning works.

After the first season in 2024, the second season has the theme "Vietnamese Creativity - The Road to Prosperity."

The works participating in the Award focus on the following areas: Technology and production development, helping to increase productivity, product quality, and enhance national competitiveness; Technology and life, helping people live in harmony with nature, bringing a better life; Technology and connection, enhancing exchanges between regions and countries in a world without distance; Technology and digital transformation, recognizing solutions and achievements in national digital transformation, building digital government, digital economy and digital citizens; Technology and cyber security, creating a safe and healthy cyberspace.

The award ceremony will take place at 4:00 p.m. at the National News Center, 5 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hanoi. The exhibition of outstanding works will open at 6:00 p.m. at Tao Dan Flower Garden, opposite the National News Center. On this occasion, the Organizing Committee will also introduce the “Popular Education” calendar./.
