The 2024 National Youth Volleyball Championship will be held in Quang Tri from June 2-15.

According to information from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri, authorized by the Department of Sports and Physical Training and the Vietnam Volleyball Federation, Quang Tri province is honored to be chosen to host and organize the National Youth Indoor Volleyball Championship in 2024.

Accordingly, the tournament will take place from June 2 to 15, 2024 at the Provincial Multi-purpose Gymnasium, Truong Chinh Street, Dong Le Ward, Dong Ha City. The opening ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. on June 2. The final and closing matches will take place at 4:00 p.m. on June 15.

Participating in this year's National Youth Indoor Volleyball Championship are more than 400 officials, coaches, and athletes of 25 volleyball teams from provinces, cities, and sectors across the country, including 13 men's volleyball teams (Long An, Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ben Tre, Border Guard, Khanh Hoa, The Cong - Tan Cang, Hai Duong, Da Nang, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Tra Vinh , Ho Chi Minh City Police) and 12 women's volleyball teams (Long An, Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Hung Yen, Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement, Information Corps, Duc Giang Chemicals, Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, VietinBank, and Dak Lak).

This is an important tournament, promising many good, attractive, fierce and dramatic matches, a favorable opportunity for athletes to demonstrate solidarity, exchange experiences and talents during the competition, while promoting training and building a force of young volleyball athletes nationwide.

Thereby selecting and nurturing young talents, focusing on the national youth team to participate in international youth tournaments, preparing successor forces for the national team as well as determining the rankings of football teams and criteria for promoting athletes.
