(Baohatinh.vn) - The products proposed for evaluation and classification of 4-star OCOP this time in Ha Tinh are all produced according to clean and safe processes, affirming their quality and brand in the market.

On August 22, the Provincial OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council organized a production inspection of products proposed for evaluation and classification of 4-star OCOP products in 2025 in Tu My, Kim Hoa, Nghi Xuan, Tung Loc communes and Hai Ninh ward.

The products proposed for evaluation and classification as 4-star provincial OCOP products in 2025 are 8. Of which, the first evaluation and classification includes 4 products: An An clean incense with eucalyptus scent of AVE FACTORY Co., Ltd. (Tung Loc commune); Viet Gold deer bone glue and Viet Gold deer antler powder of Viet Deer Antler Production and Trading Joint Stock Company (Tu My commune); Chien Son deer antler wine of Huong Son Agricultural Joint Stock Company (Kim Hoa commune).

The 4 re-evaluated products are: Phu Nhan Cordyceps of Hoang Khoi Investment, Trade and Construction Joint Stock Company (Nghi Xuan Commune); Huong Son Chien Son Deer Antler Powder of Huong Son Agricultural Joint Stock Company (Kim Hoa Commune); Luan Nghiep Fish Sauce of Chien Thang Seafood Purchasing and Processing Cooperative (Hai Ninh Ward); Nhat Ninh Fish Sauce of Nguyen Thi Ninh Business Household (Hai Ninh Ward).

Phu Nhan Cordyceps product, meeting 4-star OCOP standards in 2022, is artificially cultivated in a closed process, applying high technology to ensure adequate nutritional content.

Through actual inspection of production activities, records and product samples, the Provincial OCOP Product Classification and Evaluation Council believes that these are all products with local advantages, the production and processing of products are guaranteed to follow clean and safe procedures, gradually affirming quality and brand in the market.

To ensure the strict requirements of 4-star OCOP products, members gave specific comments on the criteria under the responsibility of the industry and sector, and pointed out some contents that need to be added to upgrade product quality; at the same time, requested enterprises, cooperatives, and production facilities to complete the application documents for evaluation and classification of 4-star OCOP products according to regulations.

After inspecting the actual production at the facilities, it is expected that in early September 2025, the Ha Tinh Provincial OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council will hold a meeting to evaluate and classify 4-star OCOP products at the provincial level in 2025.
