According to the initial assessment of the Ha Tinh Hydrometeorological Station, after entering the East Sea, storm No. 10 will move along the coast towards the North Central and Southern Northern Delta provinces. There is a very high risk that the storm will directly affect Ha Tinh province around September 28-29. From September 27-29, Ha Tinh is forecast to have very heavy rain, and there is a possibility of major flooding on the rivers.
Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 10, hundreds of fishermen have proactively brought their boats ashore to ensure safety.

According to statistics from the Management Board of Fishing Ports and Storm Shelters for Fishing Boats in Ha Tinh, by 5:00 p.m. on September 26, 510 ships and boats had anchored at ports in the province; of which, 506 were of Ha Tinh fishermen and 37 were of fishermen from other provinces.
Specifically, at the fishing port and storm shelter area of Cua Sot (Loc Ha commune), there are 188 domestic ships and boats and 37 foreign ships and boats; the fishing port and storm shelter area of Cua Hoi - Xuan Pho (Dan Hai commune) has 43 domestic ships and boats; the storm shelter area of Cua Nhuong (Thien Cam commune) has 122 domestic ships and boats; the storm shelter area of Cua Khau (Hai Ninh ward) has 157 domestic ships and boats.
Upon receiving information about the storm, the unit promptly notified and instructed fishermen to proactively move their vessels to safe anchorages. At the same time, it closely coordinated with the Border Guard to check, count and resolutely not let any boats operate at sea when the storm made landfall. This work aimed to ensure that 100% of fishermen's boats were securely anchored, minimizing damage to property and people before the storm made landfall.
